So far, very disappointed - I meant to order a Green sweatshirt. My order confirmation email said it was Black so I promptly responded, hoping to swap the color for Green (which is what I thought I’d ordered to begin with!). I didn’t hear back and sent two more emails over the next week hoping to connect BEFORE the sweatshirt was mailed to me. STILL zero response and we received the sweatshirt several days ago. It’s fine but just the wrong color and apparently unresponsive customer service so no way to correct this. Frustrating.
